Randy Platt is an experienced executive in the healthcare sector, currently serving as the CEO and Managing Partner at Acclivity Healthcare. His career is marked by leadership roles in major healthcare organizations, including serving as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Ensign Services and the Regional Vice President at Life Care Centers of America. Randy’s expertise spans operational management, strategic development, and healthcare administration. His educational background includes a degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton, enhancing his capability to drive organizational growth and efficiency.

Zef Vataj / Chief Operations Officer

Zef Vataj is the Co-Founder and CEO of Bee Mobile LLC, where he has been leading the company since December 2018. He is also a partner and COO of a hotel management company that specializes in taking over distressed projects and making them profitable; and the financial services and consulting firm, Somo Financial, that provides a plethora of services for all different stages of companies including fund raising and document prep. Zef has extensive experience in start-ups, management, and real estate. Additionally, he was a member of the City of Cambridge New Mobility Blueprint Advisory Group for two years. Zef holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Graduate Certificate in Strategic Management from Harvard University and is a skilled public speaker.

Rodney Burris / Sr. VP Finance

Rodney Burris is the Co-founder, President, and Chief Financial Officer of Care Partners At Home, based in Newport Beach, California. With a career spanning various roles, including President and COO of Global Transitional Care and Vice President of Operations at Silverado Care, Rodney has extensive experience in healthcare management and home health services. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Resource Management and Business Management from Troy University and is passionate about using empathy and connection to enhance the quality of care in his professional endeavors.

Max Diamond, M.D. / Sr. VP Medical Affairs

Dr. Max Diamond is the Senior Medical Director at Regal Medical Group, where he manages inpatient care, skilled nursing, and utilization across a vast network of physicians. Previously, as Chief Medical Officer at North American Health Care, he led the organization to an exceptional CMS 5-Star Rating. A pioneer in hospitalist medicine, Dr. Diamond's career began with significant contributions to its development. He is Board-Certified in Internal Medicine and specializes in hospice and healthcare quality. Recognized among "America's Top Physicians," Dr. Diamond also has notable military and early career achievements in programming and documentary production.
